Do I receive a kit with my course?
Yes – all courses receive a kit valued at over $500
Contents may vary due to different shipments.
What times do the courses run?
We run course all of the time.
Training days are Monday – Friday 10am – 4pm
We do not train on Sundays or public holidays.
Will I receive a certificate upon completion?
Yes – Every course comes with a certified certifcate. We are Lash Inc & Nala certfied.
What happens after training?
Once you have received your training you are officially a trained lash technician, and your training is accredited by NALA and Lash Inc. Your certificate is emailed to you as soon as you finish your course (if you do not receive please email email@example.com). We provide ongoing support to our graduates, you are able to contact us by phone or email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We also provide support through our guidance group: Lash Alliance, open to all past students, an open forum is provided and exclusive tips and tricks to the beauty business industry is provided.
We also provide 20% off all lash tools to past students at www.lashprodigy.co
How do I enrol?
Email email@example.com for our information pack and enrolment forms.
From there we can discuss dates available for training and payment. We offer 3, 6, 9 and 12 month payment plans interest free!
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We offer 3, 6, 9 month plans which are debited weekly. Payment plans are with SalonPay and are interest free and fee free. Please note when entering a payment plan we still require $600 upfront, however this does come off your total.
What if I need to change dates?
We do provide change of date for emergencies, if notice is provided a minumum of 48 hours beforehand.
All course payments are non refundable.
How many students in a class?
All courses are held in small groups, so that students are each given support and guidance in their training.
Where is training held in Brisbane?
Training is held at our head office located in Geebung QLD
Am I able to receive a refund after payment?
LashXtend does not offer any refunds after payment is made.

Do we offer refunds?
Unfortunately we don’t offer refunds because it’s digital content.
Are LashXtend courses nationally accredited?
Our courses are NALA and Lash Inc accredited which is the highest level of accreditation in the lash industry, and also internationally recognised.
Will I receive a certificate upon completion of the course?
Our courses are NALA and Lash Inc accredited, You will receive the certificate upon passing the final exam and assignment.
What happens after I complete the online course?
You will have constant support from the LashXtend family, You can contact us at any time with any questions you may have. You will also have access to our blogs, resources and you will also have a lifetime discount of 20% off all our future courses, resources and lash products at www.lashprodigy.co
What happens if I don’t pass the final exam?
You have 5 chances to take the exam, however if after you’re still having trouble passing, just send us a quick email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can help guide you with extra resources and help.
Where is the training held?
The training is all held online inside your learning portal.
Will I receive a lash kit with my course?
All courses come with a kit, the kit is valued at $500, it can take up to 7 days to receive depending on your location.
Do you offer payment plans?
yes! We offer Afterpay and ZipPay for our online courses and manuals
How long do I have to complete the course?
You can take as long as you need as this is a self learning course and you can study and learn at your own pace.
